In
the heart of the Andes, very close to Santiago, is the largest winter
resort in the Southern hemisphere and, probably, the most modern in
Chile. Valle Nevado is located 3,025 meters over sea level and it
has 9,000 hectares of skiable surface, distributed into 37 kilometers
of ski runs
Valle Nevado is the ideal framework for skiing, snowboarding, practicing
heli-skiing or off-piste skiing and participating in activities such
as hang-gliding and ski safaris.
El Dorado" of white sports, as Valle Nevado is called, is also
praised for its hotel and gastronomic infrastructure. Quality, good
